Study of real clinical cases admitted in hospitals or treated in outpatient and observation of diagnostic or therapeutic procedures on the materials that are integrated into the course. The student will analyze the information available in medical history: anamnesis, physical examination, tests and treatments administered. Whenever it is possible and/or necessary complete anamnesis the patient, verify semiological findings from physical examination and attend additional instrumental testing. After the case study, the student will write a report which must include the reason for consultation or income, a summary of the history and key findings from the physical examination, results and interpretation of complementary tests performed (analytical and Imaging), detail the applied treatments, propose the syndromic diagnosis or specific, additional to perform additional tests and the therapeutic approach. Reports of the case studies will be reviewed and evaluated by the tutors of each centre and teachers assigned each of the materials that make up the subject in the form indicated. The cases will be selected by academic tutors and/or clinical tutors of the hospital and its location communicated to students during the practices of each subject. The last day of every week (Friday) workshops will be organised a seminar in which each student will present at least one of the cases studied during the week for discussion with fellow moderated by a tutor/s academic/s and/or clinical/s. The presentation of these cases will be oral and graphic images will only be displayed in PowerPoint. It scored especially the participation of students in the resolution of cases. In the week 3 tutorials academic hospital or joint can organize faculty with teachers of different subjects in the subject.
