The aim of the course is to provide the professional skills and communication skills and managing emotions necessary for their daily work, with special emphasis on the interaction with professionals and clients. Another important aspect is teamwork. You need to understand how a group works and what can be done to make it more efficient and avoid or resolve potential conflicts. This subject has a transversal character but it is essential to develop effective communication strategies to understand the demands of society and to respond to them effectively
The practical part will be to improve oral and written skills through oral presentations to the class that are videotaped and are viewed in the group with the aim of detecting and correcting errors, analyze the body language and other communication factors. Written skills will work the same way, analyzing reading among all productions peers
