Theory: Objective test (60%) Practice: report, memory, work done in class (40%) To pass the subjects must be obtained at least 5 in each of the parts. A continuous assessment will be used that encourages the student to follow the learning process. The weight of the continuous evaluation in which the activities carried out in the theoretical and practical classes will be assessed and the work in the seminars will not exceed 40% of the final grade. A final exam will be carried out, with development questions and, which will have a weight in the qualification of a maximum of 60%. System and evaluation criteria of the subject Since the subject is theoretical-practical, to pass the subject, the student must obtain a grade of 5 out of 10 in both parts (theory and practice). Theoretical Note In the evaluation of each question, the quantity and quality of the specific contents related to the question, the adjustment to the content asked, the clarity of the exhibition and the possible inconsistencies with the rest of the agenda will be taken into account. The student must bear in mind that the contents of the exam will be based both on the subject explained in the classes and on the study bibliography recommended in each subject. Theoretical module: Test type test of 4 alternatives and / or short questions. It will mainly include the theoretical content, as well as the content developed in the practices. Practical Note The final mark of practices will be 40% of the final mark of the subject The practices delivered and approved will only serve for the calls of February, September and December.
ADD TO THE TEACHING GUIDE TO MEDIATION AND CONFLICT
Consequence of the exceptional situation caused by Covidien-19, and in view of the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of the teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide that are specified as an addendum to the one previously approved by the subject.
Theory classes: Teaching is taught live in the bands established for the subject at the official time of the degree, with the participation of students.
It is preferably done using the video recording tool from power point, editing afterwards and uploading this class to Gsuite. It will also be compatible with the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Universite).
The sessions are being recorded (and will continue) and subsequently made available to students through the virtual campus.
Practical classes: The laboratory practices have been replaced by equivalent simulation practices through software that students can do at home and then send a report with captures that allows evaluating their performance. The acquisition of the corresponding competences is thus assured.
Tutorials: They are carried out, at the request of the students, through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed by the teacher-student. Others are done through email, answering the questions raised.
System and evaluation criteria of the subject:
The final grade will be made up of three parts:
A) Final non-face-to-face exam (35%) (in format of 10 short development questions to be carried out at a pre-established time with a maximum duration of 1 hour)
B) Continuous Practice Reports for each topic. (30%)
C) Final work portfolio (35%)
