Final grade of the subject: The final grade will be sum of the weighted grade of theory and practice, provided that each of the parts has been approved (5 before weighting).
The final grade of the subject is calculated as follows: 70% will correspond to the grade of the theoretical exam, while the practical part will be scored up to a proportion of 30% of the final grade of the subject.
It will be necessary to have presented and approved the practices to overcome the subject, both in ordinary and extraordinary convocation.
- Theoretical part: The evaluation of the theoretical part will consist of a test with test questions and short questions. The following correction formula will be applied for the part type test: (hits - (errors / k-1) / nº of questions), where k are the number of answer alternatives. The minimum passing mark will be 5.
- Practical part: The student can choose between the face-to-face and non-face-to-face mode at the beginning of the course.
a. Face-to-face: It will be evaluated according to the activity carried out in class, the tasks presented weekly and the final work. To choose this modality requires attendance to 80% of the sessions and the accomplishment of the weekly tasks.
b. Non-face-to-face method: It will be evaluated according to the work presented.
ADDENDUM TO THE TEACHING GUIDE TO SOCIAL PSYCHOLOGY
Degree in Political Science and Public Management
Consequence of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, and given the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide that are specified as an addendum to the previously approved for the subject.
Theory classes: Teaching is taught live in the bands established for the subject in the official hours of the degree, with the participation of the students.
It is done using the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Universite). In addition, it will be compatible with the video recording tool from power point edited later and uploading this class to Gsuite.
The sessions are being recorded (and will continue) and subsequently made available to the studio through the virtual campus.
Practical classes: The laboratory practices have been replaced by equivalent simulation practices through software that students can do at home and then send a report with captures that allows evaluating their performance. The acquisition of the corresponding competences is thus assured.
Tutorials: They are carried out at the student's request, through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed by the teacher-student. Others are done through email, answering the questions raised.
System and evaluation criteria of the subject:
The final grade will be made up of three parts:
A) Final non-face-to-face exam (35%) (in format of 10 short development questions to be carried out at a pre-established time with a maximum duration of 1 hour)
B) Reports of continuous practices for each topic. (30%)
C) Final work portfolio (35%)
[This brief addendum fulfills a double function:
First.- Specify in each subject the general criteria approved for the entire University regarding the adaptation of teaching to the non-classroom format for this second semester: changes introduced in the teaching methodology and the evaluation system applicable in this exceptional period (from agreement with the Reflections of the Ministry of Universities, of April 4, 2020, on general criteria for the adaptation of the Spanish university system to the Covid-19 pandemic, during the 2019-2020 academic year, as well as the REACU Agreement of 3 of April 2020, in view of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19)
Second.- It makes public and official the change in the evaluation procedure and the criteria that condition it, guaranteeing the procedure for monitoring the qualifications by the internal quality guarantee systems and by the Evaluation Agencies]
