Memory of the work done: 30%. The student must do a personal (original) writing of the work done during the practices, following the script of the course syllabus and the guidelines of the person responsible for the subject. In addition, it must contain a last section where the student's personal opinion on the practices performed is expressed.This work must be delivered 15 DAYS BEFORE the final exam of the subject.It will contain 30% of the final grade. 2. Teaching activities and assignments during the course: 20%Throughout the course, there will be teaching activities and / or evaluable complementary work related to the acquisition of competences of the subject. The performance of these evaluable activities and their delivery in time and form will constitute up to 20% of the final grade.NOTE: Students who complete the 6-month period in a Hospital Pharmacy Service are included in their rotation, this work, directed by the assigned tutor in the Hospital where the stays are held. In this case, unless indicated otherwise, this work will be delivered 15 DAYS BEFORE the final exam of the subject. 3. Tutor evaluation: 20% The tutor will continuously evaluate the student's learning during the internship period that will be translated at the end of the internship period on the standardized evaluation form.4. Final examThe student will be examined, at the end of the 6 months of stays, of the knowledge / skills acquired in the Stays and of the content of the teaching activities, Seminars and / or evaluable work carried out in this regard.Type of exam: The exam will be test type and / or short questions. It will be considered passed when obtaining a score equal or superior to five.FINAL QUALIFICATION: The final mark, from 0 to 10 points, will be obtained from the weighted sum of each of the notes obtained in the previous sections.Each part must be approved separately.SUSPENSION COURSESuspicion final exam: Students who have not passed the exam but the rest of evaluable activities, will only have to repeat the final exam, being entitled to a second examination exam, which will be:Suspension of the Period January to July: in September, in extraordinary convocation.Suspended from the period from July to January: in July, in an extraordinary convocation, which coincides in date with the regular final examination of students from the period from January to July of the subsequent convocation.Students who suspend the extraordinary call must complete the course again in an integral manner.Suspended full period of stays: Students who have not successfully completed the period of stay, for any circumstance, will have to repeat the subject in full, having to re-enroll in a new period, performing the same procedures as the first time.NOTE: Failure to comply with the rules of attendance of the subject will make it impossible to evaluate the same, and the student should repeat the subject in a later period.The regulations require the completion of six months of stays.
