An initial diagnostic evaluation will be carried out: with the objective of assessing the previous mastery of the students on the subject. The subject will be evaluated following several methods: 1. Written tests of all face-to-face contents. This test may consist of multiple choice multiple choice questions, short questions and practical assumptions. 2. Co-evaluations of the students of the work developed in the self-learning groups. 3. Evaluation of group processes. 4. Formative self-evaluations. 5. Oral presentations of the students. 6. Systematic observation in theoretical-practical classes
1. CONTINUOUS EVALUATION: A) THEORETICAL PART (Examination (60%, attendance and online activities (15%) .The evaluation in the subject includes aspects related to theory, practice and attitude, and the final grade is defined as follows Mode: 1.- Two theoretical exams, units two and five completed 2.-As part of the continuous evaluation: realization of different activities and exercises throughout the theoretical and practical sessions (for example: online exercises). 3.- Readings and online questionnaires B) PRACTICAL PART 1- Internship work: Related to a health problem, work in which a health problem is analyzed and its impact on Occupational Therapy from the perspective of Public Health. Its realization is group and mandatory (25%).
2. EVALUATION DOES NOT CONTINUE. A) THEORETICAL PART (Examination). 1.- A theoretical exam at the end of the semester, which will consist of 40-45 multiple choice questions and one problem (75%). B) PRACTICAL PART 2- - Practical Work: Related to a health problem. Work in which a health problem is analyzed and its impact on Occupational Therapy from the perspective of Public Health. Its realization is group and mandatory (25%).
FINAL NOTE OF THE SUBJECT A half will be made between the theory grade and the practical grade, provided that it has passed 5 in both tests. If it is not exceeded 5 in the theory, the practice mark will be saved for the September and December calls.
The Honor Roll will be awarded to the highest grade, in proportion to the number of students enrolled.
Consequence of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, and given the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide that are specified as an addendum to the previously approved for the subject.
Subject: 2071. Public Health. Occupational Therapy Degree
Theory classes: Teaching is taught through the SITE of the subject (https://sites.google.com/a/goumh.umh.es/salud-publica--terapia-ocupacional/). It is preferably done using the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Universite). The presentations will be recorded, or the slides commented and made available to the students through the virtual campus.
Practical classes: Practices are preferably done using the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Universite). Students must record an exhibition of the work. In this way, the acquisition of the corresponding competences is thus assured.
Tutorials: They will be held through email, answering the questions raised. Or at the request of the student body, through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed by the teacher-student.
System and evaluation criteria of the subject:
The final grade will be made up of three parts:
A) Final non-face-to-face exam (35%)
B) Internship work. (25%)
C) Continuous work (delivery of activities, reading forms and continuous assessment test) (40%)
