The subject can be overcome following two modalities:
Face-to-face modality (continuous assessment): Various activities and practices will be carried out throughout the course specified in the classes and announcements of the subject and a final theoretical examination. Only in this modality do all grades average regardless of the grade obtained, including the final exam, and pass parts are saved until the September call.
The evaluation of the subject is specified as follows:
Attendance and active participation in face-to-face and practical classes and tutorials: 10%
Directed academic activities: 20%
Theoretical final exam type test (Between 20 and 40 questions with up to four answers to select one): 70%
A theoretical exam will be carried out, equivalent to 70% of the grade and one or several practicals exam with a value of 30% of the grade. The theoretical exam will be a test type (between 20 and 60 questions with up to four answers to choose one, which may be different from the continuous mode test model). One or two development questions may also be added in order to complement content omitted in the face-to-face mode, assuming that they were adequately assimilated by this system.
The practical exam will consist of one or several exercises of analysis, criticism, creation or writing in any of the supports used in the communication. The practical part has a value of 30% of the subject, it will only be corrected if the theoretical part is approved and it will be necessary to have both parts approved to do the average. No part is approved in the non-contact modality.
The modalities of evaluation: face-to-face continuous assessment and distance learning are not compatible: the student can follow only one of the two.
Plagiarism and autoplaggio: the works must be unpublished. It is a crime and is penalized in the subject with a '0' in the call closest to the delivery of work, practice or exercise delivered by the student or the group of students if it is a group work.
Misspellings and grammar: Faults will subtract 0.1 in the case of tildes due to their absence or erroneous presence and 0.25 of the remaining misspellings and grammar. The accumulation of up to 2 points will suppose the suspense.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The practices can not be delivered after the deadline, even if the student joins the subject later. Official exam dates will not be changed, except for what is dictated by the UMH Regulations. In addition for Erasmus students: only students who join in September will be admitted, from that date they will have to take advantage of the non-continuous. The orthographic and grammatical correction system is also applied. The teaching of the subject is in Spanish.
There is no proof of access to the subject
Adaptation to the contents; critical and argumentative capacity; ability to relate to the context, provide background and / or foresight and; Expository clarity and compliance with spelling and grammar rules.
In the non-contact modality: The practical part will only be corrected if the theoretical part is approved and it will be necessary to have both parts approved to do the average. No approved parts are kept in the non-contact modality.
