It is taught in the second semester of the Master. Its aim is to provide the graduate a profile with a diversify formation that allows them to start their own business; in addition to performing a wide range of leadership and management functions. Provides an integrated view of the subjects addressed so far, and which will be addressed later, and its overall aim is that graduates know how to analyze the feasibility of a business idea, by developing a business plan, using various existing tools for it, and the steps for its implementation. Maximum of 5 points out of a total of 10. The test will combine the following components:a. Multiple choice test: 80% (4 points)b. Practical course: 20% (1 point)2) Development and presentation of a project based on the design and validation of a business model, according to the Canvas methodology. Maximum of 5 points out of a total of 10.Correction criteriaIn the test, two questions answered wrong subtract 1 well (1 wrong answered subtracted 0.5).Additional requirements- Students must be identified by documentation.- It is possible to use calculators (not mobile phones).- Mobile phones must be turned off.
