The Master Thesis (TFM), consist of a systematic and orderly development of the experience and expertise acquired by the student, which must take a purely scientific interest and its contents will be developed on a specific issue contained in the different areas of the curriculum.
The evaluation of this course is done through examination, developed in front of a court or panel of experts, with a maximum of twenty minutes during which the student will present briefly the objectives, development and conclusions of the thesis and then reply to the clarification or questions at the request of members of the Tribunal.
The final grade is made by the panel, considering the document produced as the development of exposition and defense by the student, including also a evaluation report.
As a consequence of the exceptional situation caused by COVID-19, and due to the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide that are specified as an addendum to the previously approved for the subject.
In this subject, the study and individual work carried out by the student and the tutorials with his/her tutor/s of the Master's degree final project (MFP) are maintained as a methodology. These tutorials will be previously requested by the student and will be carried out through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed by the teacher-student, as well as, through email, answering the questions raised by the student.
System and evaluation criteria of the subject
The evaluation system for this subject is maintained, modifying only the MFP presentation and defense system.
