It will be evaluated: a) The final theory exam that will consist of multiple choice questions and open questions. It is requested a calification of 5 both in test and short questions to pass the final theory exam.The final exam will represent 50% of the final grade. b) Theoretical and practical work: Continuous assessment of theoretical and practical wprk throughout the course. It will represent 30% of the final grade. c) Seminars and complementary activities will represent 20% of the final grade. Practical sessions are of obligatory attendance. There is the option of a final exam for the practical sessions. In order to pass the subject, it will be required to pass each of the 3 individual parts of it.
As a consequence of the exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19, and in view of the need to adapt the Spanish university system to non-attendance, the development of teaching activity corresponding to the second semester of the 2019/2020 academic year will be subject to the following changes in the teaching guide, which are specified as an addendum to the one previously approved for the subject.
Theory classes: Teaching is taught live in the bands established for the subject in the official timetables of the degree, with the participation of the students. It is done using the Google Meet tool from the virtual campus (Moodle virtual campus). The sessions may be recorded and later made available to students through the virtual campus.
Practical classes: The original planning of the practical classes is maintained. Through the google meet tool the student will be provided with a detailed explanation of the theoretical concepts and objectives to be developed in each practice. The student will also be provided with a detailed script that includes aspects such as the theoretical basis, a description of the objectives and competencies, practical examples and, finally, the student's work section to be completed. The delivery of tasks will be done through the virtual campus platform.
Tutorials: These are carried out, at the student's request, through the Google Meet tool, at a time agreed upon by the teacher-student, or via email.
System and criteria for evaluating the subject:
The final score will be calculated as follows:
A) Non-attendance final exam (50%)
B) Reports of practical and continuous work (delivery of tasks, resolution of problems etc) (50%).
