In the professional field of labor relations is essential to have legal training fully updated. In this course dynamics of employment will find the tools to acquire, understand and put into practice the successive regulatory changes that occur in an area as alive and changing as labor law.
Through its content and on the basis of the permanence of the employment contract, the future graduates will acquire legal knowledge and skills to meet the continuing needs of adaptation arising from the company for maximum competitiveness and efficiency, and by the worker have to deal with their own personal needs and their ability to adapt to these changes. This is without prejudice to the theoretical knowledge and practical action in the different situations that inevitably lead to the termination of contracts.
With all the graduate will acquire the capacity for decision-making within the Human Resources department, taking into account the multiple possibilities of labor regulations to enable adaptation to changes that arise in the context of relations labor.

Methodology and grading

Methodology

Case studies: Learning through the analysis of actual or simulated cases in order to interpret and resolve them by employing various alternative solution procedures.
Lecture: Pass on knowledge and activate cognitive processes in students, encouraging their participation.
Problem-based learning: Develop active learning strategies through problem solving that promote thinking, experimentation, and decision making in the student.
Solving exercises and problems: Exercise, test, and apply previous knowledge through routine repetition.

Grading

The student can choose between two options appraisal system:

1. Option continuous assessment. It will consist of a written final exam consisting of five theoretical practical questions about the contents of the subject matter of the course syllabus. All this counted 75% of the final grade. In this note will be added to the marks obtained throughout the semester for assignments and seminars that are proposed by the teacher whose value is 25% of the final grade. Please note that tasks are done in class and seminars require assistance.

2. Option final exam. It will consist of a single test on the acquisition of all the skills of the subject. The test is composed of five theoretical (75%) and practical questions about the contents of the subject matter of the course syllabus and one pactical with questions about practices / seminars proposed throughout the semester (25%). All this counted 100% of the final test.

The course will be overcome with a minimum of 5.
In the December session evaluation system will be in the final exam.

Additional requirements

It will be necessary to go with identification to the exam

It is recommended to use a calculator in the exam, the phone will not be accepted as a calculator

It is strictly forbidden to carry all kinds of devices for transmission or storage of data, it would mean the expulsion of the exam and the suspension of the subject
