THEORETICAL CONTENT: It constitutes 50 percent of the final grade, being necessary to pass it with a five to pass the subject. PRACTICAL PART: It constitutes the other 50 percent, is mandatory and it will be valued provided that the theoretical exam has been passed. FINAL NOTE OF THE SUBJECT: Weighted sum of the notes obtained in each of the previous modules. That is: Final grade = (0.5 * Theoretical grade) + (0.5 * Practical grade).
The student will have to take into account the contents of the exam will be based both in the matter explained in the videos as well as what is collected in the teaching material of the subject.
THEORETICAL MODULE: Exam consisting of 30 questions with 3 answer alternatives. It is necessary to pass it with a five to pass the subject. Correction formula (Gulliksen 1950): Note = [Success / 30] * 10
PRACTICAL MODULE: It will be evaluated by presenting a report that includes the design of a research project related to Criminology. The work will be done individually. The score of the practical module ranges from 0 to 10. Contents of the final report: The student will make a report following the format of a research article, which will reflect the skills acquired in the subject: bibliographic search, how to prepare a scientific report, APA writing style.
FINAL NOTE OF THE SUBJECT: Arithmetic mean of the notes obtained in each of the previous modules. If any of the parts of the subject has a grade below 5 was obtained, the final grade of the subject will be a suspense. The ratings will conform to the provisions of the R.D. 1125/2003 of September 5.
