The aim is to enable the student to detect and analyze both criminological and victimological aspects that operate within intrafamily delinquency, to enable the learning of different techniques of intrafamily intervention that are directed to their explanation, control and prevention, and to deepen the Different criminal types of intrafamily crime. It is not surprising that, outside the family, each individual is expected to tend to his or her own needs rather than to care for others, even at the cost of using a certain amount of violence. There is also a tendency to think that these individual needs will take second place, to the benefit of the family group. However, the truth is that within the family there are high rates of employment of violence, which has led a number of researchers to consider it as one of the most violent social groups in our society today. This brings with it the need for special professional attention on the human elements involved in some way.
