The course is structured in two teaching units: Economic Management with a 1.5-credit course load and Marketing Strategies with a 3-credit course load. Therefore, the final qualification for the course will be the weighted average of both units (Management x 0.3 + Marketing x 0.7).
Unit I. Economic Management Each Theme is assessed through an on line test.
Unit II. Marketing Strategies. The student can choose between: a) Continuous assessment: The subject will be assessed through two tasks (50% of the final grade) and a face-to-face final exam (50% of the final grade). / b) Unique evaluation: The subject will be assessed by means of a face-to-face final exam (100% of the final grade)
UNIT I. Economic Management. The students can do the tests until the official exam day. They only have one opportunity to perform each test. The average score of all tests will account for 50% of the final grade. The other 50% is given by the final exam. The final exam will consist of ten multiple choice questions with four options (only one correct) on aspects seen in the course. This test is done through the online platform. Students who do not pass the course by way described above, shall be eligible for examination in person at the dates and official announcements. This exam has the same structure as the described on line final exam, ten multiple choice questions with four options (only one correct) on aspects seen in the course.
UNIT II. Marketing Strategies. The first task is to answer a series of short questions related to the agenda of the subject and the second to solve a case consisting of a marketing plan for an agroecological company. The final exam will consist of the resolution of a case similar to that proposed in the work. The tasks will be delivered at a date to be determined at the beginning of the course. The note Unit 2 will be 50% tasks and 50% final exam face. It is highly recommended to follow this evaluation system since the student becomes familiar with case studies and obtain correction and grading homework before the test. Students who do not pass the Unit 2 by the above-described way, will have the option to face examination dates and official announcements. This test will consist of a series of theoretical questions of matter view the course and resolution of a case.
