Description

In this unit, the physical structure and operation of BJT and MOSFET transitors will be explained MOSFET. Their respective linear circuit model will be introduced and applied to the resolution of conmuter and amplifier circuits. Also, the various logic families in which digital electronics is based will be presented.

Objectives

Understanding the physics of operation of BJT and MOSFET transistors, their equivalent linear models and operation regions. Be able of conveniently polarizing these transistors and analizing commuter circuits and logical gates based on these devices.
Learn to use the instrumentation equipment of the Electronics Laboratory (function generator, oscilloscope, multimeter, voltage source)
