Three PhD's from the area of optics comprise this group; they possess vast experience examining structured beam generation and their interaction with matter.
This research group's objectives include the following:
- Develop and examine different types of structured beams, analyzing different electromagnetic properties of interest (Poynting vector, helicity, spin angular momentum, angular momentum...)
- Analyze the interaction of these structured beams with different types of particles (from nanoparticles to microparticles) with emphasis placed on those chiral.
- Develop a chiral resolution system using optical fields.
