The subject of Strategic Management II is a mandatory subject of 6 credits, which according to the European Credit allocation is equivalent to 150 hours (1 credit = 25 hours). It is studied in the first half (six months) of the 4th year degree in Business Administration. It is a continuation of Strategic Management I, while focusing on the strategic formulation and implementation. So, as is the case with the previous course, the students learn to recognize the importance of strategy as a way to achieve and or reach the goals of any organization. The range of potential strategic alternatives in business requires the extension of the contents of this part of the strategic process. Among the alternatives are included those based on the life cycle of the industry and in industries, internationalization strategies, development strategies of the company, etc.. Finally they would become familiar with the process of implementing the strategies, where it is much of the success of the strategic process.
