The evaluation is done through the daily monitoring of the student and their participation in the design and resolution of practical cases. The evaluation of the practices, whose assistance is highly recommended, is done through: - Attendance at practices. - Design and preparation of practical cases, carrying out of practices and statistical study and interpretation of results.
1. Daily monitoring represent 20% of the final grade. 2. The evaluation of the practices represents 20% of the final grade. 3. Final theoretical-practical exam is 60% of the final grade. The examination will consist in the resolution of 10 practical cases (from a list of 11) on the application of sensory analysis in the agri-food industry. 4. In order to average, it is essential to obtain a grade higher than 4.0 in each of the previous sections.
