The evaluation of the subject is done taking into account two different parts of it. Part 1: theory, problems, tutorials and seminars. Part 2: laboratory. The score of both parts is made separately. The weight of each part is related to the number of hours devoted throughout the course. Evaluation of part 1: The evaluation of this part is based on a written final exam with questions and problems. This part has a "weight" of 80%. This 80% is distributed as follows: 30% (problems) + 50% (questions). Also, a mid term exam will be done; the chapters passed in this exam shall not be included again in the final exam. Evaluation of part 2: the remaining 20% will be obtained from the practical classes of laboratory (this includes the work in the laboratory more an examination related to the above mentioned work). This 20% is distributed as follows: 5% (laboratory work) + 15% (written exam).
The exam of part 1 takes about 3h. Part 2 lasts about 30 minutes.
