For the future professional practice of the graduates in Political Science and Public Management this subject contributes two important instruments of practical analysis.
In the first place, it offers a practical vision of the structure, organization and functions of one of the powers of the State, precisely that which has entrusted the control of the legality of the other two powers, which as future managers of the public constitutes an important Help for the correct approach of the questions that arise to them.
The second part of the course will allow future graduates to acquire knowledge to guide, both public bodies and citizens who relate to them, on the instruments for resolving conflicts that may arise between administrations or between the administration and individuals.
