The subject under the title Management and Strategic Management is a subject of 3 credits, which according to the allocation of the European credit in the UMH is equivalent to 75 hours.
In this subject therefore you have three basic objectives. First, based on the basic elements of general and financial economics, it focuses on some key aspects of strategic management (diagnosis, formulation and implementation) that are key to the management of companies and that have implications for financial management of the company. company. Secondly, it is intended that students acquire sufficient knowledge to understand the foundations of the management and management system of the company, which addresses the same from a global perspective and thirdly delves into some aspects of the Strategic Business Management
Along with the above, it is intended to develop certain skills that enable them, in general, to search, assess and use relevant information to meet their needs and objectives; develop their capacity for reflection and use their skills to solve and adequately face the challenges that life presents, especially in the workplace and within the organization.
