Description

Subsequent to units 3 and 4, within which the business plan is presented and its first aspects discussed, this unit centers on that relating to the economic-financial analysis and the project¿s business viability, which allow for its systematic and orderly development.

Objectives

To identify the resources and skills needed to start a business
To analyze the viability of the idea of selected business, from a legal, technical, commercial, economic and financial perspective.
To use IT tools and applications for drawing up a business plan.
To design a business model and draw up a business plan.
